Charges after canceled

I requested acaipure trial for $1.95. Significantly less than per week later I named and terminated twice. Once having a consultant after which by making a note. I didnt get anymore deliveries and so I believed anything was good. After I obtained my charge card statement per month later, I realized that they charged me $39.95 2-3 weeks after I'd ended. I never received anymore items, ended within the period I had been designed to but still got billed. That is completly wrong and unprofessional. Today I keep calling to talk to someone, but its possibly active or it claims to hold back 75 minutes or even more. So what can I actually do? Shouldnt they enter difficulty for carrying this out in my experience and many more?
