Took my money and put it in someone elses account

I've 2 balances with GE Money-Bank I over-paid on a single consideration 100 bucks another balance was 108.49. I requested the 100 bucks I overpaid be used in another consideration for cost. I had been informed NOT A PROBLEM. Nicely after I received my statement I had been provided exactly the same stability with fund charges and overdue fees. I had been informed they moved that 100 bucks of my cash to somebody elses bill!!! They explained they'd repair it. Well they did not this were only available in july which is today Dec. I'm placed on store all night at the same time and also have voiced to 10 people that are brain-dead simply because they cannot appear to correct the issue. I needed to create towards the leader but he's clearly to hectic to deal with his clients or manage his team. I observe that he's a about herself but no current email address to create him. Their site claims he loves to travel and enjoy tennis Perhaps that is all he does. When I create this I've been on-hold for 40 minutes to date. This really is my 11th phone!!!
