Wamu rip off

Hi I have an issue with washington mutal for starter's I had a fee credited back to my account from ehormny and with the credit back I throught it was spose to refund the bounce check fee it caused to my account but it didn't happen I even called the bank in they told me that the fee can't be reversed unless it's a bank error and I have never had this problem with other bank's I have gone though.

So I'm never doing business with these people again and I'm canceling my account with them.
