Unauthorized charges

I received a email saying that USA Credit could restore my bruised credit rating So I contacted them and after talking said no thanks but stupidly have already given them my bank info. About five days later I saw a charge pending on my checking account for $195,00 so I called them and told them that the charge would be returned by my bank for NSF and they said OK but we cabprovide you will all the same services for just 69.95 and I said no thank you. So yesterday I saw a pending charge for $69.95 I called my bank and reported the charge as internet fraud they said it will take 3 to 4 weeks to resolve the problem.
