While in contact with Ocean View Investments I was told that they would work out an exceptable loan modification with my mortgage holder and if I didn't agree with their work or that it was unexceptable to me I would be returned my money...

My loan modification that they came up with them was a quick sale of my house which is not exceptable, it was never my intent to sell my home!
I was given a take it or leave it choice and that there was no refund of my money.
I was also told that there was no fraud in volved. Big Red Flag!!!

Do not give these people your money!!!
