Falsely accused me of owing money

Cca sent a request for a phone bill at an address that I never lived in, used my maiden name and requeted information on what they called a fraud pack. I believe they were phishing for more information and trying to get me to send money. They also stated my credit was in good standing (not so) and they had a credit report along with my social security number.
