Telecheck
Please help in class action law suit

Once again Telecheck is at it stopping people from writing checks. This has happened to me 3 times in the last 3 weeks. My checking acct. Usually stays around 4 figures so its not because of any bad check being written. Every time this happens I call the company, and always get some rude person on the other end of the telephone, who cannot answer any questions that I have about why my check was declined, other than to say its ok, we have corrected the problem on our computer system. Something has to be done about this company, they have access to my checking acct. Number, phone number, driver license number, and no telling what else. This seems like an invasion of privacy to me, anyone there could steal your identity with no problem whatsoever.

Please some lawyer help out with this, these people need to be put in there place, which i think is completely out of business, let these people get a real
job instead of sitting at a desk telling people lie after lie.
