Raised my interest rates without a reason!

My rate went from 14.99 to 25.99 and when I called they said it was due to an "internal review". When I asked them if I had ever been late they said no, you have never been late and I have always paid above the minimum. The agent told me they pulled a credit report... Obviously saw I had no other place to transfer that high balance to and raised my rate. Its ridiculous and unfair practice... This is why the country if falling apart. I'm going to settle the debt thru a credit counselling company and then screw them over.
