Formerly Nextcard Credit Card Also Nextbank ripoff LATE FEE RIPOFFS receives payment waits 5 days to process

This company purposely waits to cash payments, in order to collect a $35.00 late charge.

I use a pay service, so I know when all payments are received by providers.in the past, the money has been withdrawn on the date I had indicated to my pay service. Now this company has waited as long as 5 days to cash the check. Then they collect an additional $35.00 for a late fee.

They do not have a phone with which to speak to someone, only voice mail. My pay service can not do anything for me.

I am sure I am not the only one this is happening to. There should be a class action suit filed. Anyone know how I go about it?
