Illegal threats to collect Old debt, Harrasment of Elderly Mother

These people should be put out of business! Repeatedly called and left no message. Called my soon-to-be 80 year old mother in another state and scared her with their threats. Finally left me a message saying that I'd better contact them over a lawsuit.

I called back and spoke to a very rude woman named Miss Hibbit. She threatened me with a lawsuit, and when I stated that I did indeed have a lawyer, she demanded his name and said she would send him the info. When I told her "No, send it to me in writing", she became angry and said she would do so, but I HAD to contact her within 5 days. She then hung up on me.

I immediately contacted my lawyer, who reassured me that it was basically bogus... in the state of Colorado there is no way anyone can collect on this debt (which is about 12 years old and was disputed anyway). Something needs to be done about this BS "Law Firm".
