Constant calls to my job, cell phone and references

This company is STILL acting the same as I read in the complaints from last year! They are HORRIBLE! They call your job, cell phone, residence phone, references, anywhere they can get a breathing person to answer!!! There has to be some kind of law to protect us consumers from being treated this way. Whatever happened to "treat people the way you want to be treated"? Surely if the employees believe in that, they must have EXCELLENT credit! Haha... These people probably don't even pay their bills on time... Why do they have to treat people like they are scum? Does anybody know who I can contact to file legal action against these people? Please advise ASAP! Thanks!
