Phony investment banker with relentless sales technique bordering on stalking

This person presented me with an opportunity as a referral from a legimate business over 5 years ago. After initially trying to present himself as an entrepreneur in the alternative energy field needing my services, he proceeded to call me incessantly with stories of businesses, deals, IPOs, oddball schemes, "opportunities", while stringing me along with the original business proposal. I decided that he was a obnoxious phony, and told him that I did not want to do any business of any sort multiple times, but he continued to call me despite my repeated refusals to do business, introduce him to people. Give him information, or to meet. Yet he continued to call me, at all times of the day and night, bordering on stalking.

This is a bizarre guy, a scary fake. He is still contacting me after almost 6 years! I would recommend never taking a call from him if you hear from him. I completely concur with others on this site. It is important to note that he has limited financial knowledge, limited knowledge of energy; his career as an "investment banker" consists of a short stint as a retail stock broker, has never presented a single audited document and is absolutely relentless. Relentless. Just hang up.
