Bank of America refuses to credit checking account even after verification that funds are good. Their refusal to credit funds for several days after funds were verified in Bank of America and continued to charge NSF fees at $35 per NSF to the tune of several $100.
By refusing to credit account has allowed them to continue to charge NSF fees even though they have good funds is nothing more than a license to steal and is on the verge of criminal.
