Double Billed / cancelled and still billing

I've been twice charged by this support for 7 weeks. I terminated the support in March and that I am still being charged. I've sent the evidence of double-billing 3 times and that I have now been about the telephone numerous occasions. I'm really on-hold for half an hour when I am writing looking to get a boss about the telephone. I named earlier and was informed the repetition wouldn't place me to a boss and he or she hung-up on me. I've never been handled so badly. I've complete evidence of the double-billing and they'll not credit me. I actually donot understand what else to complete?
