Unwilling to help homeowners

I am very disappointed the Aurora Loan Services. I am struggling to make my monthly payments and have contacted them of several occasions to request assistance. I worked with Hope for Homeowners and actually got assigned a representative (Nancy Self) to work with me; although strictly through correspondence. I faxed all the requested paperwork but heard nothing from Nancy Self or Aurora until I received a letter stating that my case had been closed due to insufficient paperwork and any questions could be directed to an 800 number which was part of collections. I am still trying to work with Aurora by sending letters every week requesting assistance. We need to stand together against these money hungry uncaring companies. I am open to suggestions on how to best get some positive results for the working class individual!
