I too have been a victim of Aurora's lousy mortgage servicing. If people reading this have time, there is a long Village Voice article (a New York paper, perhaps an internet search for people out of New York) about their long and deceptive practices.

I plan to be in the Aurora chat room, on Saturdays, to discuss class action alternatives. It's time to force their hand. They should concede and begin modifying loans without all pf this hoop jumping they are requiring given their sloppy accounting practices.
