Customer rip off

Four years ago we purchased a 2000 plymouth neontotal price $8459 payments were suppose to be $190 per month. However weve been paying $200 to $250 per month a total of $10,000. Hsbc is claiming we are behind 5 payments. I say bull. What they are doing is forcing their insurance and warranty on us. Which is good for nothing plus we have the general. Hsbc warranty never helped when a mechanic found the engine mount is faulty and the ignition lock is broke. Plus blue book price for this car with 80,000 miles is $600 i feel we deserve our title
