Unauthorized $1 charge to my credit accout

I have no clue who these guys are and why they are charging one dollar to my credit account every month. I generally don't pay attention to small charges to my account but this really took me by surprise.
As innocuous as it looks, a thorough look at my past statements revealed the extent to which they have siphoned money from my account.
Fortunately, I was able to cancel this phantom membership without a fuss.
