A scam from the get-go

When I recieved my card, I was told that I would receive an increase after after one year of use.

Well, its been 16 months and no only do I have the same limit, whereby my payments are always a minimum of 5 times the required, no one from the bank has every contacted me about upgrading my salary, which approaches 6 figures, or my position -VP.

After reading other complaints and the NY Attorney General's charges, I fully understand this credit relationship was a scam from the get-go.
