Several charges to credit card, unable to contact them to stop the charges

I received notice in one of my bank cards that I'm obtaining a reocuuring cost of $39.73 from eelimite.com and that I have now been not able to contact them by telephone or by web to prevent these charges. I have experienced atleast 3 costs and also have been not able to quit the charges. The final one was on 10/14/08. The mentioned telephone number on my bill record for them is: 866-905-5125.
I've terminated this card I've had three or four prices from their store
