They charged to my account without my authorization even before the 30 day trial was up

I had order what i thought was a trial version of a bottle of acai pure. For 4.95 over the internet and yesterday they took an extra 39.95 out of my account before my 30 days was even up i placed my order on 10/15. So how in the hell is that 30 days. If anything they are a fucking ripoff. Then before i could speak with anyone about the product or services i have to wait a whole hour. And then customer service acts like i did something wrong. For calling and inquiring about the unauthorized transaction. Never again...
