I've two facility costs in Wachovia plus they occurred on Sept. 5 and 12. I named them-and required them to canceled the charge. They stated since I have was a brand new client, so that they can't clear the charge, but lastly they approved my request. Nevertheless, after many weeks, I came across they did not return cash at-all, and so I called again. But this time around, the consultant explained they CAn't reimbursement the cash since I have did not claim for that within thirty days. Therefore absurd! U understand what, they've the phone info and could documented along the discussion I named the very first time, however they nevertheless do not wish to assist me ended the charge and rest in my experience they can't discover the phone notice. Presently, I chose to shut my Wachovia consideration since I can't trust them again.
