Aurora Loan Services rep's are ruthless & instead of helping, advised to foreclose they don't care

We have been in trouble for the past year, like most people we are barely making payments. They never fail to call right after the first of the month asking for payments. At times you have different people calling after arrangements have been made, the harrassments continue. On Nov. 7 we again explained our difficulties and expressed why property taxes haven't been lowered to reflect the decreased value recorded by the County. Same story never got it, after it is has been faxed since beginning of October. Had to re-fax again. Or they say "have to make a payment before we can help you."

But when it increased in value last year they were quick to notify you of the increase in impound. They really don't care and if was demonstrated often by their customer service. On Monday the woman who spoke with my Dad told him that everyone is having difficulties and if he couldn't hang on to stop paying and let if foreclose because that wasn't a way to live. She also stated that they are not involved in any government sponsored programs whether the president signed it or not.

There is nothing we can do. I really dislike this situation and wished we never had to meet such cut-throat people.
It is hard to get to someone else to listen, not sure where to ask for help. I thought JPMorgan was the servicer since I wired a payment a few months ago to them in New York... Please help me... Clarify...
