James W. Turner, aka Jim Turner, has run a number of organizations from various locations in the Atlanta, Georgia area since the mid 1990s. Locations have been in:

Our company, like many others throughout the country signed a contract with him to find us a source of capital, and gave him a six figure "good faith deposit" which we have never seen again. We were led on a merry adventure of emails with loan brokers from all over the country who always had someone ready to issue a LOI, but we never saw one that had the name of a real source. Now we, like many others, are on the great adventure of trying to get our deposit back.

To be fair to Jim Turner or James W. Turner of David's Financial Group, you should call or email him for his side of the story. You might tell him PCF would like their money back since he ignores our calls and emails.
