Pending Transactions Held Over Two Weeks on Prepaid Card

Ok here is my problem. I have noticed 3 pending transactions that should have been cleared by now. Now I know to rules on transaction over $100 and this is just ridiculous.

The first one already posted

The last 3 are over 2 weeks old. I am going to call them tomorrow morning and tell them if they don't remove the hold, which they can do by the way, I will be contacting my lawyer and having them force them to remove them. Also the upperdeck transaction, I called Upper Deck about it and they have no record of it happening. Now there was another one on my account, from Las Vegas and they said that one is cleared and fine.
