Mistreated and ripped off

I have been behind on my house payment because of an auto accident and an unwanted loss of pay in my household. I was to be caught up until ocwen refused to answer my calls. When i enter my account number i hold and no one answers. I was going to pay over the phone or the internet. I can't get through on either one. I have owned my house for one year this month. When i first saw this web site. I thought oh my god what have i gotten myself into. Luckly i have an attorney that is on retainer. We will see.
