I'm dropping my numerous accounts with Washington Mutual after a 30 year relationship!

Washington Mutual charges you —their loyal customer — $12 dollars for depositing someone else's bad check??? How do you know when someone writes you a bad check??? They will not listen to reason. They will not elevate your concern to another level. They absolutely do not care—stating policy. It's an absurdity and it is the reason I'm leaving this bank after a 30 year relationship with them!!!
