Withheld money from my account for another company

We are a small construction company. They are holding $19,000 from us. We purchased a company three years ago from a person who had an account with these people and we continued using the account after we changed the account information. The person opened another company in Texas and went out of business. The withheld this money from us even though we have showed that we own this company and he doesnt have any interest in it. This is a seperate corporation and the company that went out of business was another name.

I have never been treated this bad by any vendor. I want to warn anyone not to have anything to do these people. Beware of them they are thieves.
