They promise to save you $2500 by lowering your APR upto 6.99%

Dia group charged the money $690 as TDA INC. They promised to save me 2500, and got my credit cards' information. They called the 1-800 # of my credit cards and got all personal information like balances, etc of the credit cards. Soon I got alert and informed Bank of America that this is fraud and refund my $690, Bank of America did put it in dispute and then I responded BOA in timely manner on that dispute. Even being closed DIA group/TDA INC responded to that dispute and some how won the dispute case and I was charged the disputed amount back on my credit card.

Despite my convincing documents, Bank of America has refused to pay my disputed money back, and I didn't even receive any services. Later They said I can receive forced services (unwillingly) even if you don't need it, from their Resolution center (1866-620-5917). IF any one can help me out please let me know.
