I've banked with 5/3bank for 2yrs now & I called in to ask for help because my account was overdrafted for 2.00 and they charged my account 37.00 charge, I spoke to the manager and asked if she can wavie the fee for me and she told me that she couldn't because she didn't want to, so I asked her where do all the money for overdraft fees go and she said the bank it self, i said bank it self? She said yeah! This manager of the 5/3bank on 71st and Binford in Indanapolis, In 46250 is a rip off i really thinks she pocketing the money because every time i look around my account is over drwan because of maintenance fee i thought you didn't get charged to maintenance fees??
