Whenever you buy a download (ringer) you spend a charge of 2.99 per product. They ask you for one more megabyte cost whenever you get your statement. It appears tome that I'm being twice billed also it wasn't created clear in my experience throughout the purchase procedure. I went online on my pc to find and download. They're stating the charge is in order for them to deliver it in the pc to my telephone! This isn't a reasonable exercise in my own brain.
