Unreasonable penaltys/poor customer service

I'd prefer to alert anybody who's contemplating bank with Bank of America. I've not had the opportunity to solve my difficulties with them. I've been a person for several years, however they don't benefit that reality. I've been handled quite rudely. It's obvious they all possess a software to check out when detailing their good reasons for exorbatent costs and silly costs. I'm along the way of shutting my balances, after I clarify what occurred to my new lenders, they're surprised with how I've been handled. Every one of us needs to operate for what's correct, or the ones that do wrong may carry on using their dishonest methods.
