Mortgage fraud

Mortage scam was determined by my Agent who organized for my mortgage through WMC Mortgage Corp in Burbank, CA. I bought a flat in Mountain-View, CA. Both loans have been in surplus of my collect pay and were at that time of the mortgage in 12/06. I'm actually from Guatemala and am a US resident. I had been lied to and also the mortgage files were organized without me. They lied about my revenue. I have been receiving help with funds, but CAn't get support. I'm just one mom having a youngster. I can not offer my residence since the cost has reduced and that I possess a 100% mortgage. Easily perform a short-sale I'll damage my credit. Is there something that can be achieved to assist me maintain my home?
