Cross country bank has shady fraudulent business practices

I had posted a report about a few credit card companys. Cross Country was one of them. Anyway, someone replied to my post, and suggested that I go to Consumer Credit Counseling. I went for an appointment with them today. However, I was told that they couldn't help me, until I get another job.

When the lady at Consumers Credit and I were going over my bills, we happen to notice that Cross Country had sent me two letters for the month of March, with different balances on them. What stuck out about this is that one was dated March 13 and the other one was dated March 14.in other words they are increasing the balance owed on a daily basis.

If this is shady, and fraudulent business practices, I don't know what is. Something needs to be done about this company. So far they call me Monday through Sunday, every two hours, from 8:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. I've stopped answering the phone. Thank God for caller ID! Does anyone have any suggestions?
