Big time scam and I fell for it!

I applied for a $75,000.00 personal loan and was required to send about $2,500.00 for the first 4 months. They said I was approved for the loan and then I was told, after they had my money, that I would have to send about $600.00 more because of my poor credit. I told them I wanted a refund and Rita Hayward said that would not be a problem. I have not seen the refund yet and I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls.
