Bank of america can cancel your account, with out your approval!

Today I called bank of america to once again plea for an interest reduction. (I have been calling almost every month, to see if for a change I can get a human-being rather than one this animals they have answering phones) Today was no different, I was pleading with this preson to lower my interest I have a 19.99% I have not used this card for almost a year to try to pay off balance and try to free myself; from this type of slavery.

I accrue over $180 dollars in interest everymonth even thou I do not charge a penney on this card and my payment history shows it. That's not fair? I asked myself. I was feeling very emotional and broken with this person, I was basicaly telling her that, I could afford to keep paying this interest rate. I explained to her that I was told, call back in six months by several associates and that then they would lower my interest

Well, today after my converstion with this person, she decides to cancel my account, I repeatedly told her that I did not want that and she still did it. Do they have that right? Even if I have continued to make my monthly payment? Will I be stuck paying this interest. I am not sure how this things work, but I was hoping to transfer that balace to a lower interest card, but I don't think I can transfer to a closed account.

I felt that my emotional state at time made me vulnerable to this predator, at this time. I need help. There must be something that can be done to protect other cosumers from this abuse.
