Appstar Financial Credit card processing co. Ripped my comapny off by charges, unethical salesman, lying to me, very unsatisfactory resolution, rude and loud when trying to tell them what was wrong

I needed a credit card machine to process credit cards and unfortunately a person from Appstar Financial called and I bought their machine and bought into their program. The person that sold it to me was Ed Ross and told me that he was a Christain Minister as well as salesman for Appstar.

I thought I was dealing with a person with ethics. I wound up paying for the machine itself and 5 "knuckle busters" $125.00 extra which are to be used to slide the cards that the girls were supposed to use on the job. We are a cleaning company. I could never use them because they do not work

He explained that if we used the card sliders we would get the cheapest rate, which was a lie. To begin with I had a low amount to process and when I used it for a higher amount, I had to be processed for that which no one told me about. Then I got the bill and found out they took the highest amount possible for processing. They also charged me a yearly fee of $95.00 the first month which was tacked on to the very first bill, after I had already paid $574.00.

This is one of the largest rip-offs I have ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with. Liers, Cheaters and Thieves, Unethical business practices.
