Add me to the list of angry customers. I carry a $15,000 balance on this card. I have been customer for years, have not missed any payments and have excellent credit. My rate went from 17% to 36.31%. I didn't even think that interest was possible let alone legal (loan shark is right).
This is horrible business practice and should be illegal.
