Watchout for this man!

I've known a few folks who have been taken to the cleaners in real estate scams, where the agents falsely represent a house being purchasing at a highly inflated price (using their own appraisers). Seems that this is what Mr. Dan was accused of by the Jason, the first report on usacomplaints.com. Clearly there are (were) a lot of thieves out there...

While searching about Las Vegas real estate frauds, I came across this entertaining thread... It struck me that a supposed 'rich guy' like Dan sure seems paranoid about a few allegations that would/should be trivial at best with all of the money Dan has. So it begs the question, why is Dan so defensive? Perhaps because it might be true and he is scrambling to protect his fragile, fraudulent name. I know a few folks with money, and not only do they not have the time to worry about what might be out on the web about them, but woulod never waste their time on claims such as these, especially "if" they felt or knew the claims to be false. Not to mention, this Dan guy has a gutter mouth, which is inconsistent with anyone worth millions and millions! Sorry Mr. Dan, credibility non-existent!

It is truly telling to see a guy put so much effort into and put on such a 'show' to make people 'think' that he has money!
