Major scam

I'm so glad I checked usacomplaints.com before doing any business with this company.

I had the same experience of everyone. Approved for a great loan with a great rate. Only I needed to send 4 months worth of payments as collateral. When they requested that, I checked usacomplaints.com. This is where I found only 1 complaint (since then I see there are numerous complaints). I copied the complaint and faxed it to Charterstone Financial Group and requested a response to the allegations. Of course, I received no reply. When I originally was talking to David Hamilton, he would call me several times over the course of a couple of days. As others have mentioned, very professional, very polite, very sympathetic. I re-sent the usacomplaints.com document to them and to even called and left a message with David Hamilton. To this date, I have received no reply.

Thanks again to usacomplaints.com and I hope others check here first before doing business with this company.

They should be reported to whoever they need to be reported to and something needs to be done...
