Chase Rewards Plus Promotion = RIPOFF

Beware consumers - Chase credit cards has a new promotion called "Chase Rewards Plus". By purchasing items at select online merchants through Chase's website, you are able to earn cash back. Based on this premise, I ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise expecting generous cash back. However after many weeks, I have yet to receive a penny. I have wasted countless hours going back and forth with their customer service, with absolutely no resolution. I just keep getting the same line - "under investigation". It's apparent no one has done anything, and they have no intention of sticking to their end of the bargain. I would like to sue them, but it's just not worth my time for a few hundred dollars.

Bottom line - beware any "special offers" from Chase credit cards. Prepare to get suckered.
