Can they really do this. Unbelievable

I had got a loan out with ace and I was to have made payments but was delayed a few weeks due to storms that happened in houston and me having to take care of my family and etc. Not making excuse's just saying things get hard for us all.

Well this lady called me from ace and said that I had until 1pm friday to make the full amount explained that I could not but I AM willing to make payments until this is resolved. She started asking to speak to my supervisor and then my manager - ARE THEY REALLY ALOUD TO SPEAK TO THEM REGARDING MY PERSONAL MATTER. I understand contacting H/R but anything else I feel like this is personal and if they give out any information cant I sue for this?

Well any feed back will be appreciated. They are really not wanting to work with me or shall I say these 2ppl that I have come in contact with I have called a couple of other ladies in the corporate line perhaps they can assist me on this well see.
