Misplace payment screwed others too

My payment was a tranfer from another company. I sent my payment to the first company Dec20 and they overnight my payment on the 27 of Dec and it reach there company Dec30.

It was sign for by a D Bryant at 8:53 Dec 30. On January 8 I recieve a phone call that stated my payment is not in.
So I call the other company and they inform me that they sent my payment and it was there.

Well now it is Jan 24 and they still have not found my payment that was sign for and I got a notice that my account is late. I have called and talked to several people and I havent heard anything back yet.
