Double charging account

I tested my constitution one account as regular... Nowadays... Oct 15th. I came across that debits/withdrawls from atm card were being doubled the past week. It was not on the website the prior evening. After I named the consultant (really rude) stated these were having pc issues and he or she had 200 individuals on-hold and thats all she might inform me... Besides that it'd be set that evening. 6pm I call since it was not set plus they inform me tomorrow... All my resources are closed up. I request a and obtain Kendon... I clarify my stress and he claims there's nothing he is able to do and it'll be set 24 hours later... I told him after I create a mistake, you rake me with costs... Nevertheless when the financial institution retains all my resources hostage due to their mistake... I obtain a it'll be set tomorrow. I stated atleast reimbursement my last costs... He chuckled and explained it generally does not work this way... Avoid rental one... Bad customer support... They rake you with costs... And than laugh
