Outrageous Fees

My girlfriend and myself shut our checking and savings balances with Rental One Lender on June 10. We were shutting because of Rent One costs. Following a month 5 passed we received a notice from Rental One declaring we OWE them $259.95 as a result of cost made on June 18. Appears Constitution One created a cost to the AT&T take into account $150.95. They charged us $39. Oo facility charge and 2 $35.00 late charges to get a whole of $259.95. I told the representitive that used to donot receive the very first notice, just the minute. I subsequently requested the representitve why might CharterOne spend a statement when the consideration is closed. Her explanation was CharterOne reopened the consideration. I had been fuming by this. I had been subsequently told I'd need to return thew following day and talk to another representitive to determine about obtaining the costs eliminated. I mentioned im not spending money on these costs, because it was your lender that reopened my consideration without my previous information. And so I returned 24 hours later (nowadays 7-23) and also the woman will not be in til after 12:30 P.M. How good I mentioned I introduced my AT&T declaration and confirmed the woman there that Constitution One did not create septemberis cost because it was started back again to me, why didnt they are doing that it August once the consideration was shut? She'd no solution for that. I told the representitive to Please have somebody contact me at my home on my period and strolled out the doorway. Don't bank at charter one or must i state professional bank simply because they were bought out this past year.
