Told not to make payments because they would be added to the end of modication 2nd month called & same thing was told now I'v been send an intent to forclose

10/13 I called countrywide three months ago for a loan modification because my wife lost her job of 18 yrs sinority for a minum wage earner to take her place for less money at Casino Morongio in Cabazon Ca.
Country told us that they would giveus a loan modification and some one would call us in a few days/no one called!

We called them and they said don't worry about it they were working on it. I have Emphysema, Lung Cancer, Fibromyaligia, Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, PTSD from as a Viet Nam Area Vetrain, Majoe Depression; I am on Oxygen and have been told I now have a heart condition. I got out of the hospital a month ago form agrvated stress due to the pressure of this whole thing.
They told me again not to worry about the payment for it would be added to thr end of our modification and they would be intouch with me soon.

I have allway paid my payment on time according to my disibility check which they said was fine. I called again two days later and they said they woul E - mail
my negociator and she (Terri Noles) would be in contact with me. Next day I recieved aletter from Country saying they have intent to forclose on us

I called and was told my modification was tuened down because Idon't make enough money. I make enough but not much left over, this is why they say I can't have my loan lowered. I finialy contacted my Congesssman Jerry Lewis and his office wrote them a letter now Countrywidde says I am a reglutory an
will be delt with through loan servicing Reg Relations. What do I do?

I have paid and paid until I am blue in the face. I have little left to live on and my wife has a heart conditions as well please help us save our home we will join any and all class action suits against Country Wide. I tryed New Hope and they said Country Wide classed us as a reglutory and the $1500.00 I paid them to help modifiy my loan was gone as well. Talk about screwing the seniors if this don't take the cake what will?
