Missing Checks, Demand Letters and Late Fees After Servicing Transfer

Fairbanks has just taken over my mortgage from Calmco/Olympus servicing. Starting in Sept. I'm going through all the disgusting, corrupt, scamming that these other poor people have been going through that I have been reading about ie: Missing checks, 2 demand letters in the first month "YOU MAY LOSE YOUR HOME", Nasty long ignorant phone communication, etc etc.

I have proof of payments by posted checks that I have had to fax to them. Mailed on the 1st and posted on the 15th??? As usual as their business style seems to be with all their clients in order to charge late fees.

I'm on high anxiety waiting to see what the next move these mobsters will try. I'm actually becoming ill after reading of the way these thugs have dealt with so many hundreds of people.

I'm scared of trying to refinance after reading how they will up the price owed them. But it seems like they only thing to do before they destroy my PERFECT credit history of never having a late payment in my life. I will return to update how my situation is going with these scumbags. If someone can explain to me about "class action suit" I have a feeling that I would like to be a part of it.
