B.I.G. Loan Company
A big ripppp off

Business & Finance

I was approved and they had confirmed my work and i even got an email that said everything was approved but i had accidently left of three numbers of my account and when i realized it we got it corrected and they told me it would take one day to get it redeposited. Well when the processing department got the money back they said they needed to verify my work again as when they had called my work had said they i've not worked there any longer, which is untrue i've been there almost an year!

B.I.G. Wanted me to send of fax them two paycheck stubs just to verify this. What i would like to know is this, is what i asked if everything was already verified and only needed to be redeposited why did i have to go thru the work verification again? They could not say anything accept that when they called my work they got the custmer service people who one does not have the authority or the access to employ records to tell anything and why was i sent an email saying that everything was an go? I just got the run around. I asked to speak to an manager and was told there was none, i informed them i would be reporting them to the bbb.
