Took money from my account with no approval

I'd cash removed from my bill on 9/26/08. After I approached the # on my check they explained it had been a plus present I'd registered for and required 49.95 out-of my bill. After I attempted to go to the so-called internet view they stated I registered for, this is exactly what I came across.
