I requested info on filing for a gant, was sent a cd to download on to my computor. Was unable to do so. I called their customer service ph. No. I canceled the service and was told that they would refund my money. That was 2 wks. Ago. If you can help me with this problem I will grateful. Thank you for any help you can give me.
